trainTechnical Due Diligence

AMCL undertake Technical Due Diligence on behalf of banks and asset owners based on best-practice sampling and statistical processes from across industry. These processes involve a combination of site visits and audits of a sample of assets, combined with statistical techniques to enable a judgement of all assets to be made. The processes would typically reveal the following, with defined confidence limits:

  • The expected condition of all assets across an organisation
  • The quality of maintenance undertaken
  • The accuracy and quality of asset management records and data

These processes are particularly applicable where Due Diligence is required in very demanding timescales.
